Honestly, one of the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. Staff was very kind and serving location was very clean and organized. As always, the food is great! I definitely will be coming back to this location :)

Collin at the 17th Street, Costa Mesa/Newport location is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Always so happy and displays the BEST customer service of any place we frequent. We will always be coming back to this location as long as he is there!!! Promote the kid!!! He is the future!!!

Listen, the food is good but DO NOT order for pickup. I don't know who my guy was but I continued to repeat my order and he continued to get it wrong. After finally getting confirmation over the phone exactly what I wanted, he still got it completely wrong. I made sure to check my receipt and make sure I didn't get someone's food but it was my receipt. Awful
