This location has the worse customer service, and lack of leadership. My company ordered lunch $100 weekly, Employees mirror the Manager's Attitude and bad body language. My order has been incorrect when I order online, so we now come it to place our order. After placing my order that wasn't written down, of course it wasn't right. So the Manager threw the sub in trash and told another employee, " you got to remake the old man sandwich". I approach the counter after 5 mins of waiting and he stated my order will be ready after 4 other orders are done. I was place in the back of the line because this was a remake. I ask for the Manager and he said he was the Manager and didn't know where or when Owner will be returning. Thanks for the bad customer service. We order for a business not just individual order. We have been patronizing this location for 2 years. Good luck with your Manager Marion. We choose Subway!
They were out of turkey and the heavy man in the back was being shady. He act like he was mad that I ask are you serious. It’s a sub place with no turkey disappointed

I just wasted my hard earned $$$ on the worst most nasty Philly cheese steak ever. It wasn't hot at all didn't smell nor taste good either . I will not be going back too this JM

This is my second time coming to Jersey mike's at this location on killian rd. I ordered a giant turkey and provolone sandwich, and I was not amazed. Also, the giant sub costed pretty close to $20, when I can go across the street over to subway and get a 12 in for less than $15. I think it's best I save my money and stick to eating subway.
