Jersey Mike's Subs

Responded to email with no reply. Does the responses come from a person or just a computer program to fake customers care???? Makes sense with the lack of caring from new employees. Twice now I have ordered from the app to have my order wrong. Yesterday an older female worker gave me attitude said my order was too complicated. Then she asked for the wrong used vegetables from a container all mixed together to use instead of using the right vegetables. Finally after I pulled up my order to show her how it was mine and it wasn’t completely, she took my sub and basically threw a fit trying to fix it with an attitude the whole time. Once she gave it to me the sub wasn’t wrapped and or in a bag and had vegetables stilling out touching the counter. Gross another costumer was just leaning and touching that counter complaining about her wrongly rang up order she did… please get better employees

Food is always good, but takes on average 30 min to get my order placed. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Pre ordering is an option, but I'm not always on my phone

Jersey Mike's for the win! These guy's came through on a last minute catering order when one of their well known competitors canceled my order two hours before the event. I appreciate you guys saving the day!

Got subs today & they were the best we’ve ever ordered. The staff were super kind and accommodating. The store was super clean. There was another customer giving them a little bit of a hard time for the wait but he had an allergy they were being cautious of. They still had great attitudes and delivered fast service and great quality. I made a mistake when ordering & they were quick to fix it despite it being my error. Not fun working on a holiday but they had great spirits.

Update- November 5th, 2023 Since my last review, over 5 years ago, I have had the pleasure of ordering from Jersey Mike's several times. I can't say enough about the progress that they made over that time because they are excellent in all categories now. I really appreciate their customer service and their attitude and approach towards their customers now. They reached out to me and went above and beyond to be sure that I was a happy customer and that the issues I described before were resolved. Since my last review, I've ordered many, many, times and every order was perfectly made and they had zero issues with running out of ingredients, etc. Jersey Mike's is my number one and only place to go for great sandwiches here in Colorado Springs. I can't recommend them enough! Original review - 2018: I've been to this Jersey Mike's a few times now. It's been my experience, unfortunately, that they are usually out of one thing or another. Meatballs, condiments, bread (like the new Rosemary Parmesan bread), etc. Plus, the staff always seems distracted, or "busy", even when the place is empty. I'd give it 4 stars if they'd resolve these issues as the food is actually decent...

On January 15th 2024 this store closed almost 2 hours early. I Was at the door and was completely ignored. Nobody looked up. Nobody cared. Absolute terrible service. Not a single bit of snow on the ground causing a driving issue. Yes, it's cold but that's no reason to close the business. Could have at least put a note up on the door. I know this seems ridiculous but it's absolutely terrible business move by the manager. I hope the owner sees this

I like jersey mikes but every time I come into this location and order the giant Philly with Double meat and cheese I see the same girl at the grill throw on an extra one half of the steak that normally goes on their Phillies, that is not double meat that’s one and a half meat lol. It really only upsets me when I’m paying $24 for a sandwich that I wouldn’t have to pay anywhere else. I will most likely go to another Jersey mikes and see if they do the same thing, if they do then I will know it’s not the girls fault but the store policy and I will just simply opt out of supporting this business again.
