Could not understand what they were saying, did not get my order right, bad service
I waited 8-10 minutes while one person was making subs, and the other was either sweeping or drinking a pop! About the laziest people I've seen.
Man this place is so unprofessional. The people are rude and there never open on time, sing says 10am it's going on 11am and there still getting ready. No hello just mean faces. Not to mention that this store is always dirty. If you really look where they are preparing your food behind a counter in between the stoves and in the corners of the floor, never been cleaned. Also as I was in line waiting for my food to be prepared on a previous occasion I noticed that the gentleman's pants were sagging below his butt crack I immediately walked out. How disgusting to display such unhealthy work practices especially when working around somebody's food.
Jersey Mike’s is a great sandwich chain and my preferred sandwich shop, but this location is miserable. It’s cramped, dirty, and the folks working there hate you as much as they hate their job. Don’t go here
I looked up the hours for this location, and it said open until 9 pm. I was there at 6:35 pm on Sunday, and a gentleman rudely said, "we are closed." As I was leaving. I noticed a sign on the pillar stating their hours. This sign indicated they're open until 7pm. Either update your correct hours, or let another business occupy the space! Absolutely POOR business practice.
The guy working there usually is poppin' a 'tude, but Amtrak Jersey Mike's isn't exactly making Forbes' best places to work list. True to the brand the sandwiches are always a lock. Vegetarian options: They have a couple before subs and a mushroom Swiss sub.
I’m in Chicago a couple times a week. I can tell you this, the hours listed are not the hours they operate. On a Saturday, I was at this location by 6:20 pm. It was closed. As in not a single light on or person still finishing up nightly closing duty’s. This has happened numerous times at this location. It’s in a train station for cry out loud. Get it together or close it down and put something that wants to serve patrons in its place.
The customer service is horrible sandwich was delicious
Overpriced food. Why the frak do we keep putting up with getting overcharged for everything in life.
Dion was a champ very enthusiastic made my sub great definitely will be coming back next time I’m in Chicago so you want a sub that you will remember forever see my guy !
