I consistently have a great experience at this jersey mikes. The chicken salad sub is delicious everytime and the customer service is good.
I had a wonderful experience while visiting Jersey Mikes this evening the workers was very nice and professional and kind and made my sub right away I will come again . Parking: I just drove right in a parking spot.
The staff looked unwashed, not professional at all and had the nerve to be dismissive when I didn't get the chance to ask for mustard and mayo, don't go there...

I ordered a cold sub but asked if it could be toasted. The employee consistently informed me that they don’t have a toaster. However, there’s a grill. I spent nearly $40 for 3 subs to go home and find hair in mine. The lack of customer service and the lack of wearing a hair net are the reasons why I’ll never step foot in this location again.
This is my favorite Sub chain. The craving for a #7 - turkey & provolone cheese on white with EXTRA onions, light lettuce, etc. can sometimes become overwhelming & begs to be satisfied. The sub I received when answering this craving was beyond perfect. The sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, it was as though the maker intuitively knew how to make it extraordinary & uniquely delicious. To top it off, the sub maker was friendly & polite. Truly a delightful way to satisfy my Jersey Mike's craving
It's a good sandwich, but at the end of the day, it's just a sandwich. No sandwich is worth what it cost here. Just go to Publix.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently encountered a highly disappointing situation at Jersey Mike's. Despite arriving 11 minutes before their posted closing time of 9pm, the doors were already locked. I knocked persistently, but the staff completely ignored us, leaving us standing there for about three minutes. This lack of consideration and customer service is unacceptable. The two staff members saw us, ignored our attempts to get their attention, and continued with their tasks. This isn't an isolated incident; it's the second time I've faced such a situation at Jersey Mike's. To add to the frustration, calling the restaurant yielded no response. It's disheartening to think that closing early and disregarding customers might be an accepted standard procedure. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of Jersey Mike's.
