This place is the pits. I ordered a giant. The guy kept making small sandwiches. He never asked what size. On top of that my bread was on the bare counter. When he tried to put the sandwich in the bag it fell apart a piece hit the bare counter he tried to put it in the bag anyway. It was really bad. I will be getting in contact with corporate on Monday about this. Training is needed at this location.
This place was fine. I liked their Italian style sub sandwiches. Easy parking at Publix.
Customer service sucks.I went in the guy with the dreads ignored me also his supervisor who was having a personal conversation on side. I would never go back
This location has serious management issues. Staff do not communicate very well, they don’t call your name out when your order is ready. I was here for 15minutes and I saw 3 people came back to complain about wrong orders and delays They gave my sub to someone else and had to re-make mine on the plus side the sub was really delicious!
If you want to wait 2 hours for disgruntled employees to make you a gross sandwich that is equal parts hatred, E. coli, and the plague, then this is the place for you. If you’re a normal person, avoid this bastion of misery and just head down a block and grab food at Cava. You’ll thank me.
Currently due to construction it's hard to access the location, will have to park in Publix or the lot across the street on the side. Other thank that the store is very clean, limited space for large crowds (very few tables and chairs). The staff is quite friendly, and the manager is very helpful and customer service aware. The only issue is communication, which was discussed and they assured that it would be corrected. If you have a extremely large order, please assure that it is completed before the rush hours (lunch and dinner time). Food was no disappointment, as always.
Ordered online - 2 sandwiches. Online said ready by 7:19 pm. My boyfriend just called me to say he’s still waiting for the sandwiches at current time 7:49 pm. Oh they also ran out of the bread we ordered.
I placed an order at 11:50am on a Monday. After waiting in person for over 20 minutes, I had to step away to take a call. When I came back at 1:05pm , my order still hadn't even been started. For context, my order was for two sandwiches off the menu with no customizations. I ran out of time waiting before I needed to go back to work. I left hungry without any food and will now need to take time out of my day to dispute the credit card charge.
