Jerky's Jamaican Grill

Not the authentic jerk chicken taste I was looking for. Too pricey for jerk chicken that tastes like spicy bbq.

Customer service is terrible and the wait is long they will tell you 20 minutes for your food after they have already told you 20 minutes, 20 minutes ago. I was told that my food was being made and after waiting an hour I was then told that they don’t have the ingredients for my order. This was not a great first impression I’ve never ate here and probably never will now.

Food was good, but the prices are extremely high. $20 for the pasta dish is quite expensive for a carryout

Jerky’s is the best Jamaican restaurant in ohio they didn’t disappoint me I really love there food.

Jerky’s has the best Jamaican food i ever had in Columbus hands down.

I am beyond pissed tonight. We order Jerky's every so often and don't usually have issues but tonight, we ordered from DoorDash. They get the order before the Dasher arrives, but did not let us know that they were unable to make one of our orders until the dasher got there. He told them to just make 2 of the dish they were able to make and they did not do it. They also did not let the Dasher know that they were only able to make one dish until they were done. We ordered our food more than an hour ago and now we had to cancel the whole order and go elsewhere. I was attempting to have a nice start of my fiance's birthday weekend because he loves Jamaican food. Well, Jerky's... thanks for being jerks and ruining that.

The food is decent. Customer service is terrible. Waited over an hour for my order after I called to check the status of it, I was told it'll be another hour wait for oxtail just sad. How you run out of certain food at 1 in the afternoon. I doubt they had they busy of a morning. 1 out of 10 don't recommend.

Place is clean and looks nice but oxtails for 25$ was horrible gravy taste like store bought oxtail were very very. Small and no meat presentation was horrible they load of my whole tray with white rice half with gravy and they put the cabbage on top of rice which made cabbage dry wit no juice absolutely unacceptable jerky’s! Probably won’t return or recommend to others not worth the high price in my opinion
