…yeah, no. Just too in displeasure with the food to explain the review. Looks good though

Stumbled across this place as my (brand new) fiance wanted some authentic Jamaican food. He's from Tralwny & MoBay. The vibe was dope. Music playing. Food smelled good. The bartender was even vegan and made some suggestions for me to try. Since I was in town only for a few days, we've been snagging pics. I asked the cashier to take a picture of us... when he saw me put my hand up showcasing my ring (it happened less than 24 hours ago) the place cheered and we were offered free shots. Super glad we decided to stop by. If we're ever back in Chicago again, we'll be sure to stop by. Edited to add - the food was phenomenal! We took it to go and ate in our hotel room Definitely recommend.

Don’t waste your money here. order wrong for the 3rd time in a row used to love this place but they do not care

Waited over 45 minutes for them to make my food incorrect. The cashier then tried to get me to taste or or get the food prepared a different way because they were closing when they should have made my food correct from the beginning. Check your food before you leave and order atleast 2 hours before closing. Completely ruined my evening. Update: I originally ordered it with no fire sauce and I was charged full price for my food not the customer appreciation price. It was also empty when I initially ordered. The wait wasn’t the problem, it was my food being wrong and I know how I ordered it. And you did not remake my food, the cashier said the fryers were off, so I requested a refund since I could not have my food the way I ordered it and I left without any food and hungry. I would check all the facts next time and try sympathisizing with the customer instead of trying to be right and you’re loud and wrong.

I liked the jerk shrimp meal, shrimp was nice and juicy, I especially enjoyed the jerk nachos, very good and on point, and the sweet fries hit the spot also!!!!!

This is definitely a place you'd like to visit! This is my second trip there. My first visit I purchased the jerk tacos and they were delicious ! I went again, and ordered their jerk fries, again, the food was delicious! So, give them a try! Hopefully your experience will be just as great as mine!
