Tbh I don’t car about the low ratings those people expect to much the food is always fire I come for them jerk fries an the bus every single time when they open they open I come to enjoy the food without hesitation

My first dining experience was fine and I was pleased with my order. However, this time around, I placed an online order, received a notification stating that the order had been accepted, only to show up to a LOCKED restaurant. I called multiple times but they hung up on me each time. Their site states that they are open from 11 am- 4 am, which obviously wasn’t the case here. I’ll be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge and won’t be returning

Ok . This is the third time visiting. First the food have some potential, but the crew is not all that, find a Rauch the second time , @ big one , second there was a chicken special and the cashier wanted to charge me full price , pretending I don't know the price . My las visit was las night, getting the ribs special " I got for $24 dollars a juice, 3 ribs bones, 3 drumsticks and like 3 chicken spines.. no chicken tight meat. Get home and am like they did it again. Am wondering they racing profiling me? Because they know Am not from there . Just totally disappointed. I know the owner see him couple times , he see to be all about business, but went the cat is not home , the mise is having a party . Now I see why I was the only white folk there . Don't go alone find a body front there Am you might get treated right. I probably won't come back... shame! I work in the food industry for over 25 years And I always support small business. Just disappointed. Hopefully the treatment change . God bless

Omg first time at this place at the west oaks mall location…. The jerk fries were to die for and filling
