Walk off wen t even handing us a menu.. so we there waiting then he came a just point. To the menu an the side of the cash register.. this is my first time at the restaurant him should have at least hand us the menu.. an then him sound like him have a attitude.. big fish..battyman We did t take out we left ..

It is disheartening to see an establishment fall short in customer service and digital accessibility, especially in times when online and phone communication are crucial for resolving delivery issues. I had hoped for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the mistake, but the barriers to communication have left us with no recourse. This experience has significantly impacted our view of the restaurant, and I feel compelled to share this one-star review to highlight the importance of reliable customer service and accessible digital presence for all businesses. First and foremost how y’all out of food and it’s still early in the day the host had a bad attitude the server was decent but told us they was out of half the food we wanted this was my first time at this location and nothing said come back the bad Star for food was cause they didn’t have nothing

Adding to our dismay, the chicken and beans and rice we received contained very sharp broken bone pieces, posing a serious safety hazard to my family. This oversight is not only disappointing but alarming, reflecting poorly on the restaurant's quality control and regard for customer safety. The combination of receiving an incomplete order, the inability to communicate with the restaurant, and the dangerous condition of the food we did receive has left us deeply disheartened. If I could give zero stars..I sure would. Terrible front of the store service, they take orders with no concern about fulfilling the order. I hope they go out of business ASAP.

I dined with a friend;, her plate was bought with no salad dressing and a missing item, my food was brought out 20 min later lukewarm. Server was unattentive yet busy, overall, I’ll give them 4/10 I don’t plan to attend again
