I had such a great experience the first time I came in and I was so excited to come back. I love Italian ice and they have lots of fun flavors and it’s nice they offer soft serve as well. It’s also really cute inside, and to me it’s rather reasonably priced and I like that they have a rewards program. However when I came back this time I asked if I could take it to go and the man looked at me as if it was a stupid question, and when I asked to try some flavors he told me to “calm down” I know I’m a little over enthusiastic sometimes, but to me that’s not the best customer service. I still will 100% be coming back because the product is something I love.
