Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I frequent this shop and love their product; however, this evening I left disappointed. I walked in and paid for a medium Italian ice. I stepped to the side as the cashier took the order for a white couple behind me. I was the only person in the store in addition to the couple. I noticed that the cashier eagerly told them about promotions, etc. and then proceeded to prepare their order as I waited. Note, she never said anything to me about promotions. As the couple walked out, I proceeded to ask the cashier why their order was prepared before mine. She stated that she was sorry and that it "slipped her mind." Now if it were an honest mistake/oversight I think the business could have redeemed themselves by offering a coupon for the next visit...as a person from a minoritized group this doesn't sit well with me.

Amazing service, this nice young lady Anano took care of me and I had an amazing time with the great ice cream and prices!

It’s ok. I wasn’t sure about mixing Italian ice with soft serve in the first place but since they have great reviews I thought I would try it out. I ordered the s’mores and it doesn’t resemble smores at all. It just tasted like chocolate Italian ice. It was nothing special but not terrible. I definitely wouldn’t order it again or recommend it.

This was our first time trying Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. All the flavors were amazing and unique style as it’s a combination of Italian ice and ice cream with the layers. Great environment nice tunes playing. Will be back!

Jeremiah’s ice cream is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It is creamy and the flavors mix together extremely well. I 100% recommend this place!

We found another hidden gem!!! We have seen signs and ads for Jeremiah's but it wasn't until yesterday that we drove by and had to stop in for a gelati. I'm so glad we did. Picture a cup full of the ultimate creamy & smooth ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or twist) made with layers of the tastiest Italian Ice around. You have over 30 flavors to choose from. I encourage you to try a new favorite like salted carmel, Pina colada, pumpkin pie, cake batter and root beer to name a few. Sprinkle in some chocolate chips, sprinkles or topping of your choice and you are in for a cool treat. Oh, I forgot to mention FREE samples!!! So there is no risk in trying something new. The service was amazing. And the dining area was neat & clean. Pro tip: Download the app and join their loyalty program. Use it on your first visit. It is generous, and you will be earning free treats fast. Your receipt will have a QR code to take you to the app store if you can't find it. There are also some sugar free options on the menu as well. Now, what are you waiting for? Go try it!

Chandni was the BEST, this was our first time here and she was so patient letting us try everything and it was WAYYYYYT better than normal ice-cream. This is my new place!!!! Love it here soooo goodddd. Thank you Chadni for our great experience!!!!
