Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Jeni’s is by far my favorite ice cream, however the employees at this location have horrible customer service. The girl who helped me to had a horrible attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like assisting people why are you in a customer service position. I really hope management fixes this issue.

BEST BY FAR! Ice cream And I have had ice cream in New York, Vegas even Rome and definitely this was THE MOST DELICIOUS ice cream. !! When you walk in there is this amazing smell of waffles and vanilla and it’s irresistible! The staff is very friendly and since it was my first time, I asked the nice girl to share with me what were the best sellers, she gave me 3 choices and a sample of each, and OH MY! Two out of those 3 were heavenly delicious!!! The third one of course was good, but the first two with me immediately. The flavors were: Brown Butter Almond Brittle and Brambleberry Crips .

Tried this tonight for the 1st time. I tried many flavors but I chose the Honey Vanilla and Almond Brittle . You get two scoops with a waffle cone piece . It was $15 for two people 2 scoops a piece. They also sell pints of the flavors you like.

Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options always

This is the best ice cream around. I have to stop myself from getting Brambleberry every time. I tried their coffee ice cream Affogato it was ridiculously delicious with eggnog.

Went over to Jen's Splendid Ice Creams with my partner on a relaxed Black Friday away from all the holiday madness of the day. I had two scoops in a cup of Coffee and EggNog ice cream with rainbow sprinkles which was delightful. My partner enjoyed a scoop of EggNog ice cream which she thoroughly and enthusiastically consumed, while sitting outside on 19th Street enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant sunny 60's degree weather. Delicious and satisfying. Vegetarian options: I believe there may be vegan ice cream options but am not 100% sure. Dietary restrictions: That's a good one, but hey it's ice cream; live a little, lol. Parking: Was able to find parking right across the street. Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to take your kids for a delicious treat. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.

Jeni's got the best ice cream in town, best in heights area. The salted caramel ice cream one of the popular ones, if you are new go for that one. Parking: The parking is great at night
