The service here was so great! The employee knew everything about every flavor to a level that a sommelier would about his favorite wine. The flavors were excellent and always, and they have even more vegan options now! Vegetarian options: All of em Dietary restrictions: Great w labels and avoiding cross contamination

I have bought Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in grocery stores before but I have never been in one of their ice cream shops until recently. I finally did pay one of the local stores a visit and I wonder why those people are still in business. Every time I tried to get ice cream, the employees turn me away.

All the time favorite

Changed my review since they have posted hours until 11 PM on Google and have the doors locked at 10:29 PM. We drove a good way just to get Jenis so it was really disappointing that they don’t honor their posted hours. It is great ice cream annd they normally have awesome service but we won’t be coming here again. It’s also overpriced for ice cream.

Ice cream is hit or miss depending on the flavor. The line moves so slow. There is not enough staff for every customer to try 5 flavors.
