If I were Jeni, I'd create a "Tiramisu & Salted Caramel" ice cream. This flavor would combine the rich, coffee-infused layers of classic tiramisu with swirls of velvety salted caramel in a creamy ice cream base. It would feature soft chunks of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, layered with mascarpone cheese flavored ice cream. The salted caramel would not only add a sweet and salty dimension but also a smooth, gooey texture that complements the coffee and cheese elements. This unique blend would capture the essence of a traditional tiramisu while introducing a delightful twist with the salted caramel, making each spoonful a decadent and sophisticated experience.

Awesome, truly exceptional I've cream, in my book. Menu is thoughtful and unique. Flavors are exceptional, as is the texture. Very much a treat! Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. And the facility itself was well maintained on this very busy commercial street. This is definitely worth a stop! Parking: Parking has always been easy for me, as I subscribe to a Parking Faery. Be that as it may, street parking on South Congress proper, or better sometimes found on side streets, isn't impossible. Simply breathe, and lean into it! Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly business. Who wants to stand in the way of a kid and her/his favorite ice cream? Wheelchair accessibility: Might be a bit tight inside when they are very busy, yet South Congress itself isn't the easiest street to navigate either for those wanting/needing extra space or properly built-out, ADA compliant environments. That said, folks in Austin are genuinely friendly and eager to be accommodating, if not helpful, ever mindful of anyone who needs extra space, time, and/or help, at least in my experience.

This place is a fantastic ice cream shop! Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream has an incredible variety of delicious ice cream flavor - both dairy-based and dairy-free! Definitely try their Banana Brulee and Peanut Butter ice creams! Service is quick and staff ‍ is friendly! I wish I came here earlier!

Cute lil place. Perfect for weekend night cravings. Texas sheet cake is great. It has cake and dar chocolate pieces. Not too sweet but very chocolatey. Their standard size is two scoops, there is no one scoop option. It’s a lot if you can’t handle too much sweet in one go. Place is a lil crowded for a tiny place but I guess everyone knows about this place. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and dairy free options are available.

Fantastic ice cream and waffle cone!!! This is my new favorite ice cream place, I even went and bought a pint at Whole Foods it was so good! The line is super long for a reason, I wish they would add a second cash register to speed it up, but otherwise amazing spot. Wide variety of flavors and I highly recommend the waffle cone!

You can't go wrong with Jeni's! Delicious ice cream, plenty of unique flavors to choose from, and homemade waffle cones. What more could you want? Dietary restrictions: They have dairy-free options!

I Came in today at 5pm, they are busy as usual. We were polite and nice with the worker. I asked if I could get just one scoop and he said no with an attitude. I told him I’ve always got one scoop at this location, the triangle, the domain and even the Houston one. No issues at the other locations. But somehow today it was an issue, I told him no thank you and he abruptly with a nasty attitude and body Language said oh well okay then. I didn’t need the attitude if you don’t like working your job then quit. I understand you had a huge party before us but that is your job. This isn’t the only incident at this location. The workers here are always rude and very racist. I always feel uncomfortable coming to this location. I love jenis but something needs to be done at this location. Worker was wearing a red bandana had curly hair with glasses on Sunday 2/18 at 5pm. Just disappointed.
