Best ice cream on the planet

I have several food intolerances and waited 15 minutes to ask what the ingredients are in the waffle cone. When asked, the guy told me it's a dry mix and water. I asked what the ingredients are in the dry mix and he said it's a long list. I then asked if there's a label with the ingredients he can check and he again emphasized that it's "literally a long list" and completely dismissed my request. It was very off-putting. As someone with serious consequences triggered by certain foods, I always appreciate when someone is able to respect my request for ingredients and not dismiss me because they are unfamiliar with food allergies and intolerances. I just walked out and didn't bother to get anything after this experience.

Jeni’s ice cream is definitely what I would call splendid! We came a little later on a Sunday evening, so luckily, there was not much of a wait. It was hard to choose just two flavors since there were so many unique ones. I went with the salty caramel and blackout chocolate cake in a buttercrisp waffle bowl, and both flavors were phenomenal. The ice cream is super sweet, and the waffle bowl was light and crispy. Special thanks to Nathalie for giving us huge scoops! Check out Jeni’s for some awesome ice cream!

Lines are always long but the service is good. Lots of flavors to choose from. Brown butter is my fav.
