i looked at the 4 star review compared to the other nearby restaurants so i decided to come here. I was disappointed. They want you to order online with no waiter interaction and ask for tip upfront. I ordered the roast beef sandwhich and it was delivered in a plastic container! I shouldve gone to hudson news for a sandwhich instead. It wasnt warmed up at all and the waiter said nothing to me. trash

Food was good but the consumption of single use plastic from knives and forks to straws and drink cups is shocking no corporate responsibility/awareness

Date: Dec 18, 2023 I barely write reviews… Here we go! QR code doesn’t work and the server told me to get into the WiF, I told her again is not working. She asked me what I wanted and told her… She brought my bill and minutes later my meal. Tip is included 18%. But when I got the bill that I got before my food they had an 18% tip included so I didn't tip them more... I found 3 days later, I will guess is the server that added $10 to my bill. INSANE!!! I don’t care about the $10 I care about the disrespect to add an extra $10 on people's backs and $10 here and $10 there at the end of the year can be a thousand stealing from clients. Is already expensive so watch out when you see your bill.

This ordering on the table with the QR code is for the birds. My credit card was charged THREE times for a total of $150.00 for a dinner worth $50.00. I am distraught. Staff was completely worthless and the manager was absent (during the busiest time of the year, Christmas Eve). Instead of them cancelling the charges, now I have to dispute charges on two separate cards. The catfish was acceptable but not worth all the trouble. And by the way, come on staff with the attitude...one lady got so frustrated with the rudeness of the waitress that I thought it was going to end in violence. Be careful out there. .

you have to order for your self on your phone, you are forced to pay through your phone with your credit card, but then they charge you a mandatory service charge (we were told is the tip), although you got no service. All they did was bring your food to the table.

The BEST LOBSTER BISQUE I have ever had!! Add shrimp which were delicious with great flavor!! A must try! Great server even though you order on an app

You seat yourself and order from your phone. It was very open atmosphere and very tasty! We got the fish tacos (you get 3) and the fish sandwich
