Good but the relish was not Chicago green. We traveled 1000 miles and didn't get the full experience.
Cup of water = .50 Using a debit card= 1.00. For a typical hotdog place, you really shouldn’t be nickel and diming customers. The cost of business should include your payment processing; not adding hidden charges at checkout. No where is it posted about these costs. Too many better options in the area. I wont be back.
Classic Hot Dog Spot/"Greasy Spoon". Old school vibe. Quality food. It's not hip or vegan, it's a "neighborhood spot" that needs to be kept around Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps
I have eaten food from this place several times over many years. I'm not an every week or even every month, "eat at Jeff's Red Hots" kind of guy so there's that. I tried to use the hand sanitizer on the wall but it is broken. I made a mistake and forgot they don't have a bathroom and asked about using a sink to wash my hands but that is not available for customers; I understand. This is not a show stopper for me but technically, that hand sanitizer should work for customers. I'm annoyed by the small parking lot but that is just me so I park nearby and walk up. No big deal. Prices have gone up just like everywhere else. Cest la Vie. What ended it for me today? The food. The gyro was tired and did not taste good, the pita was more hard than usual but still hot, the fries were stale, the onions and tomato were okay. Good supply of napkins. The plastic fork was usable and didn't break in my mouth. But I'm done with that place.
LOVE this place. I've been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is always friendly and the food always tastes great.
All is good and delicious but they need to check their melted cheese on their fries.
