Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, Nashville

I came here for a dinner after work while visiting town. The location is great and the inside decor is gorgeous. We had great service. There was someone playing the piano and it added to the ambiance. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice dinner.

They use to be a five star.till the Management changed and unfortunately service is par to say the least. Atmosphere is dependent on what manager is working and also the food. I took my last horror post down but unfortunately these folks have more money than appreciation for the patrons for apology’s and that being said Nashville has amazing Restaurants and I would go up the street! I had an unforgettable dining experience at Jack Ruby's steakhouse. The steaks were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. This is the most fantastic restaurants!! My daughter and dad went there tonight. Every single one of the hostesses’ were so kind and lovely to them both, Olivia the server was the best server my dad has had in years. Thank you for everything!!! What a lovely night!!!! OLIVIA is amazing!!!

Great place and great food. Beautiful restaurant with live music (piano). Maggie did an awesome job as our waitress. She absolutely crushed it with our table of 16. Would certainly recommend this restaurant to others looking for a fine steak/seafood joint to eat at in the Nashville area. Will be back for sure.

We decided to dine here for my birthday dinner and I’m so glad we did! Our waiter Clayton was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu items. He helped me pick out a Pinot Grigio that was absolutely delicious. I ordered the blackened ribeye, mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and fries. My husband ordered the oysters rockefeller, the Godfather sushi roll and the crab cake. Everything was phenomenal and my husband said that it was the best sushi he’s ever had! We can’t wait to come back to try more things on the menu. Thank you for making my birthday more special!
