Incredible food, truly tasted like we were back in southeast Asia. It doesn't get much better than this. Still amazed this actually exists in Denver. And the server was so sweet and personable.

The 甘草牛河粉 is truly exquisite. Iconically wide Hor-Fun noodles are mildly sweet-savory paired with long cuts of green onions stir-fried in a menagerie of soy-sauce, garlic, mild ginger, and beef cuts. The texture of their beef is akin to that of a 5-star filet mignon. It's always a treat to experience stellar cooking in a quiet venue like this. Complementary to the 甘草牛河粉 , the garlic spinach and Hai-Nan chicken rice dishes equally pulled their weight. The spinach provides splashes of phyto-aromatics, mixed with garlic and a gentle, sparse broth that keeps your mouth craving for more. The Hai-Nan chicken rice sits on a generous helping of rice and a delicious sweet-savory light, sauce base that can be ladled on to tender slices of steamed chicken. Where most treatments of this dish usually are bony and require some technical skill to remove whilst enjoying the meal, Jaya's Hai-Nan chicken was mostly deboned and made for a seamless, pleasant experience. Various members of the kitchen staff came out to greet throughout the experience. It's clear this is cuisine, passion, and a labor of love wrapped up in a single meal. 5 stars and a big thumbs up. Come hungry and plan on bringing home delectable leftovers!

I unfortunately discovered a small roach at the bottom of my coconut rice. Too bad because I loved everything up until this point

They make the best tofu dish I've ever had. Even if you dislike tofu, tahu Malacca is incredible, crispy, spicy, slightly sweet, tender.
