Really like this place. Salads are particularly awesome
What a great team! From the Jerin taking your order to Jess expediting they were both professional and a great customer experience. Btw, Jess's attention to detail was amazing.
This is one of those hole-in-the-wall, kitschy places with wonderful food where you just want to curl up in the corner with a book and a cup of tea. Really enjoyed just being there, staff is very accommodating with modifications to the offerings.
Because it's a walk-up counter to order and pay, we were prompted to tip our server before receiving any service. However, after we paid and returned to our table, the waitress barely checked on us after bringing us our food. Our party was left with empty water glasses for over an hour. Since no one came to check on us, we sat at a table full of used plates after we had finished our meals and lingered to converse. Finally another server came by and removed the used plates, with a blank expression, saying nothing to us. We felt like we were an imposition on them. Adding to the disappointment, my $20 salad was limp and flavorless. It tasted like a bagged salad from Publix a couple of days past the expiration date. As an alternative, I would recommend choosing a place like Chipotle or Fresh Kitchen if you want or expect minimal to no service, or a place like Pia's in Gulfport if you want fresh and delicious Italian food with friendly and attentive service. UPDATE: Jay Luigi publicly responded to state they would offer a refund for my negative dining experience. I emailed them, waited seven days for a response and have received no response.
this place was such a nice vibe and awesome food! We had meatballs, broccolini, carbonara, creamy vodka sauce and a Rome style pizza. Everything was incredible.
I really enjoyed my plant based Alfredo and plant based meatball, however, not for cost for the amount of food. I was still hungry after, note that I am a small person and usually do not eat much, and had to go home and eat again. I would have been willing to pay less because the taste was amazing so definitely not saying the food is not good. I brought my husband home spaghetti and meatballs which cost about $20 and he asked me why i brought him a "side of spaghetti." My dad did not like the pizza but he is from Buffalo where he is used to highly palatable, highly unhealthy pizza I do like the food here and have been back multiple times, I just feel that the cost doesn't justify their portion sizes.
Today we drove an hour to get to this place and it was well worth it. Food was absolutely delicious! Service was exceptional and the outside eating area was such a vibe. We really appreciated Mitchell for giving us great recommendations on the menu. Unfortunately, we devoured all of our food before we could take pictures but we enjoyed the Nevaeh pizza on romana crust along with the house sangria. Wheelchair accessibility: Inside and outside seating is ADA Friendly.
Literally, the BEST Fettuccine Alfredo in the world. Rave review on the quality of the food!!
