Amazing dirty Chai

The food is excellent and the service is great. This is a great place to unwind AND hang out.

The falafel wrap is vegan and awesome and I plan to be going back to try their vegan cookies. Great place to sit and chat with a friend over a hot beverage. Lots of people on laptops and even though it can get busy I have found a place to sit when I go. Vegetarian options: Falafel wrap Cookies

Osam (sp) is such a nice guy. Always has a story to share and connects with people naturally. I always leave with a good experience.

I’m a local in the area and hate to write this review but the service today probably makes this my last visit to the shop. An older man took my order which was a lavender latte and started making it while I paid the cashier. Apparently he finished making my drink even before I paid and was calling it out while I was still interacting with the cashier. When I went to the bar I asked just to confirm, “is this my drink” to which he replied in a thick accent “yes i call it out like 10 times” very rudely. This man was very rude and gave me attitude when I did nothing wrong. If you can’t treat paying customers with basic respect you shouldn’t be running a business

Up until yesterday, I was a loyal customer I Come here every single day for a whole year, For my morning double espresso, before work, Yesterday I waited in line for over 10 minutes, the owner Hussan, Allowed 2 people to break the line & Then, unfairly, let them cut me After I had been patiently waiting. Feed back to Hussan, Reevaluate your Your demeanor, and the way you treat people You wouldn’t have the issues you would have in your business would be you literally chased away someone that gave u $1,500 Worth of revenue.

Overpriced. Paid $8 for a concentrate based chai. $6 for kombucha. Expecting to use the facilities. I was told the toilet was clogged but that I could check. It was indeed clogged!! Also appeared it that no one attempted to remedy the situation or clean the other bodily fluids from toilet seat or floor.. I let the cashier know how disgusting it was. I live in Brooklyn and it was atrocious by NY standards. Made sure to clean my shoes in puddles of rain before getting back in my car. ICK!!
