Talk about a coffee shop that makes you smile, this is it. In addition to great coffee the lunch sandwiches were tasty and very filling. And you get a banana to boot!

Java Man played a large factor in my decision to come back to Hermosa Beach on vacation. Something about it is just comforting. Came here before the pandemic and now four years later the service, selection and quality is just as it was. The breakfast burritos are SO GOOD and they have a huge variety of baked goods. Plus the guys are just so nice. Homey, nostalgic, cozy but still buzzy. Quintessential coffee shop vibes. I will come back to Hermosa again just to go here.

So good! I got a cinnamon roll and an orange juice here. Both were great. The cinnamon role honestly is one of the best I've ever had. I loved the seating area. There is ample space to sit and it is very quaint and homey.

Neighborhood Beach Joint. The BEST! All the guys are wonderful. Rick the owner is wonderful (also owns Ocean Diner on Aviation in HB). My regular morning routine. I’ve been going to Javaman since it opened many moons ago….and will continue to be a loyal neighborhood customer. Don’t hesitate to try the MorningGlory Muffin and the house flavored coffee. They will make your day!
