We actually were at wildcat valley to get our puppies last set of shots and we had to wait a little bit because they were busy. So as we waited our puppy was getting thirsty and I walked over to the drive-thru window to ask about getting him a cup of water and they generously gave him a cup of water. It was greatly appreciated and it was served with a smile. Thank you to the staff here

Java Jo’z is easily one of my favorite coffee shops in town, and one of my favorite local businesses to support as a whole. I’ve been going regularly (multiple times a week) for about 4 months now since boycotting Starbucks, and definitely appreciate their superior punch card system; Their latte’s are consistent in quality and their seasonal drinks are always so fun. Their staff is great as well, and special shout out to Ellen for being so sweet and helpful!

Words can't explain how great this place is. I've never had bad customer service and the feeling the staff gives is always personal and welcoming!!! My favorite cofee place in town hands down!!! keep up the good work Java Jo'z

Update: Jen reached out to me and let me know that they have changed their amount of shot per size. I was not informed of this change at the window. No wonder it tasted bitter to me. She also let me know I can request less shots next time. I get this is wonderful for most customers, but I can't stand the flavor of espresso lol. Wish the young girls told me that. I will return and ask for less espresso in my drink, thanks to Jen. :) Usually I love their coffee, but lately it's been tasting like burnt coffee grounds. Very disappointing, especially when you say something to the workers and the young girls just say that's how it's supposed to taste when you know it's not supposed to taste that way. Also, when you ask for peanut butter, you can never actually taste the peanut butter. Tom used to make the best peanut butter lattes.

Consistently very slow so don’t come here in a rush. Beside that, cashiers are usually friendly and helpful on recommendations. Coffee is good and they have food & pastry items. Pricier than 7brew and some local spots but pretty comparable to Starbucks prices currently Parking: There is parking if you’d like to come sit at their tables outside Kid-friendliness: Drive thru only so yes Wheelchair accessibility: Not needed as it’s drive thru
