One of the last places in America that still has a salad bar.

My wife loves the salad bar, great selection of sandwiches, friendly staff and soft serve for everyone.

I placed a togo order to be delivered on 01/30/2024. The store gave my food to the wrong person or allowed my food the be stolen from their location. Instead of remaking my order, they told three doordashers that my order was already gone and did not attempt to figure out what they did wrong. You would think by the third dasher, they would realize they made a mistake. It is possible this terrible service was caused by a single, lazy employee. However, I do not take lightly being forced to be the victim of a crime against a business. Customers should not be paying for food the store lost one way or another. This is literally basic knowledge. Teenagers are capable of understanding how to run basic businesses. I’ll end with a sarcastic thank you to Jason’s of Mt. Juliet for allowing a paying customer to not receive a single piece of food because they failed to function properly. Shame on this staff for allowing this to happen and not lifting a mental finger to fix their problem. Shame on Jason’s for taking my money and not providing my food to the correct person. Customers are not responsible for mistakes of employees. I will be driving out of my way to any other location instead of stupidly trusting this location with my money again. Before you order, ask yourself if you care about receiving your food. Doordash of course gave me my money back, so technically Jason’s stole from doordash. Congratulations for a job poorly done. Did you know it isn’t required to open a restaurant and do togo or delivery orders? If you’re too lazy to do your simple job correctly, then turn your doordash orders off. If you’re too lazy to fix your mistakes when three people tell you about it, don’t serve anyone.

What a disappointment! It seems i used to like Jason’s Deli, but that was a long time ago in a town far from here. I got the manager special with the chipotle chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was a joke, it hardly had anything on it and was basically two pieces of bread. Soup was not that great either. Oh well, live and learn, I will not come back here.

The salad bar is our go-to for a fast, fulfilling meal. Ellis is always there to greet us and he makes sure that his team is ready to help make the experience a pleasure. Many thanks to Ellis and his team!

First time at this location. Fast service, good quality, a half sandwich has as much meat as some other's full sandwiches.
