I wish I took note of who the cashier was that helped us at 12:45 today Feb 23, but she was awesome. The lady & gentleman who delivered our food were also very lovely. The sandwiches were awesome! Will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Easy menu for kids. And free soft serve ice cream!

Good food, good staff....consistent.

Mentioned to Manager we were disappointed the soft serve ice cream machine was not working, instead of joking and perhaps apologizing, he was a jerk about it and said we are not responsible when the machine breaks down. Soup was luke warm to cold. Definitely not served at the appropriate or safe temperature. Manager didn't seem to care.

Great food, great value and free ice cream at the end. One of my favorite lunch places in Franklin. A classic.

Just had the worst experience at any food related stover ever. Rude cashier who told us when we asked if we could place a take out order 3 times then eventually replied with “ this is the only register open” followed by an even ruder manager. If you don’t understand English say so! Won’t be frequenting Jason’s ever again.
