Always way better food and seriously better customer service than typical "fast food" places. This to me, even with a drive thru, is much closer to a regular restaurant. Staff is actually polite and helpful and not upset that they're there. And for the same price as Wendy's or McDonald's, there's no comparison.

We love your food, but when they only give you half your order. Not to mention no chips with sandwich, pickles, and napkins.
