Jasmine Uniquely Chinese

Customer of over 5 years, and never had any real issues. Occasionally incorrect order but nothing major. They've apparently changed management since then and the first time I report an error I was offered replacement/credit. When i called to utilize credit but no longer honoring and no manager is on duty?!?...totally foogazi. Good food, but only eat inside and if it's wrong send it back. How this is being handled is below standard for me so I'll be checking out the K-District in Carrollton.

Absolutely delicious. The best food I have had in long time. You can really tell they use quality ingredients.

The food was fantastic I ordered the seafood fried rice and it was perfect. I added extra egg extra spicy. I also ordered a side of keylime pie which was good

We live in Lewisville and drove here for their shrimp fried rice. Haven’t found any authentic tasting shrimp fried rice here. I love their shrimp fried rice. The shrimps are big and not the small salad shrimps. I also ordered Crab Rangoon, they didn’t make it out the parking lot SERIOUSLY. That sauce that came with them really set them off! Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair you would definitely have to order delivery as they are located upstairs and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible

Went there for dinner for the first time. It was just ok, nothing great.

It’s disappointing to give such a bad review on Christmas Day. They had to have terribly understaffed. The Calamari was rubbery and not crisp. The tempura had uncooked batter on the inside. I ordered Crispy Sesame Shrimp with Birds Nest. The Shrimp was smothered in some kind of gooey mayonnaise sauce. When I asked the waiter about the Birds Nest, he admitted the kitchen didn’t have time to prepare it. I guess he was hoping I wouldn’t notice. Just a bad meal all around. I have been to Jasmine several times over the past 30 years but again. Disappointed

A wonderful, must try restaurant! Wonderful restaurant for Chinese dinner. Unlike many Asian restaurants, which are lacking in atmosphere, this place has nice decor, soft music, beautifully presented and unique food, and the service is exceptional. I can’t say enough about how nice it s to have a comfortable atmosphere with good food and good prices. It’s great for dates and people who like atmosphere that is tastefully done, and welcoming without being pretentious. This restaurant is upstairs and quiet from outside distractions or noise. As you head up the stairs you will see a full size Chinese gown framed behind glass. That is your first sense of how this restaurant is above what you might expect. If you don’t go, you miss out on a great restaurant! ( there is an elevator thru a door on the side of this building but a little hard to find)
