Lovely meal in a plant-filled room. The DJ is a little too loud at 6:30 pm, but well meaning. One of our party recommended the chicken and it was delicious. Would recommend this place near 57th St.

Host was rude and inexperienced. Barista/bartender was rude and had the worst attitude. He barely looked us in the face when we ordered anything. Example: he wasn’t willing to make a vanilla latte even though the other bartender said they had vanilla. Refer to the picture to see what he brought out after we said we had been informed they did have vanilla latte. He brought out a latte and the vanilla syrup on the side - like was it that hard? Unbelievable that a place this “nice” has such terrible customer service.

Food was really disappointing. The mushroom goat cheese frittata was insanely salty and lacked flavor otherwise. My friend had the huevos rancheros and also complained they were too salty. Service was okay, not that attentive.

We had breakfast and dinner at Jam's during our week-stay in the city. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Waitstaff friendly and helpful. Bagel was slightly warm but not toasted w smoked salmon. Cappuccino was quite small and weak. Dinner was good but beware...if you get the cavatelli with mushrooms... Menu says $27. / $28. with truffles. I'm not a huge truffle fan but thought..for a buck, I'll try them again. Truth being the pasta dish came itemized at $56! Upon more careful reading the fine print said +$28. for the extra. It would have been nice if some modification were made since this is easily misinterpreted and should be emphasized in a clearer manner.

We had the Great Lawn private rooms upstairs but i love the atmosphere of this Hotel Lobby and the restaurant flows into a lounge area. The service was top notch from the ladies downstairs to our bartender upstairs. The food was clean and tasty. I loved the kale Ceasars, the hummus dip, the Cod was perfectly cooked. Overall an awesome experience for my first time.

The burger I ordered was flavorless, dry with a sad piece of lettuce. The fries were honestly the only good thing on my plate. One of the hostesses was also very passive and it made first impressions less than pleasant. Overall, it was very overpriced for what it was. The place’s decor is very pretty. If you’re looking for a nice place for pictures and nothing else, this is the spot.

Hockey puck bread. Slimy avocado $25 toast. Coffee tastes like cheaper diner coffee. Not a good place to
