We Love coming here for smoothies but it’s always out of something and the oven has been broken seems like as long as it’s been open. It was fixed once supposedly or replaced and back down again every since. As a business owner ourselves maybe you should just take the items off menu or put a sign up.

This has to be the absolute worst location!! When they changed management at this location this place went down bad. Always out of ingredients, and staff refuse to follow the simplest instructions. Just flat out careless! I literally come once a week with the same basic order and always a problem.

i went in here to get a simple smoothie and i saw an old looking fellow who seems to be a boss or manager of some sort and he was really weird around his employees and it was very visual that alot of them were uncomfortable so i left bad and left. i am not sure who that man was but he needs to be fired immediately. imagine making ur own employees feel uncomfortable. unacceptable

Food was amazing however as a paying, DINING IN customer, I felt it was absorb that they refused to let my partner use the restroom. We were informed there wasn’t a public restroom however as paying customers this is wild.

Don’t waste your money here the staff is rude no good customer service skills and they don’t care how they make your smoothie or bowls this is false advertisement not coming to this location again got two different pictures of what it supposed to look like and what i received

The reason this place gets 3 stars is because we’ve been here countless amount of times and never any issue. Until today when we found a fly in our waffle bowl! Never opened it, didn’t even verify if it’s the right waffle bowl. We usually trust them. It’s a great place and this is probably a one off thing or mistake but it just a place I don’t trust anymore. I called didn’t ask for a refund or anything just wanted them to be aware of this and don’t let it happen to anyone else.

Love Jamba Juice smoothies. Even my 2 yr old grand daughter liked it. Good as always. Staff did a great job.

Açaí bowls are…. Okay.. low quality items and not much to them. Their granola is terrible, full of filler. Looked like half of it was some sort of weird corn puffs or something. All I had was maybe a teaspoon of coconut flakes, and some blueberries and strawberries. Pretty underwhelming and not very generous with toppings. The dragon fruit açaí bowl was very sour and my coconut açaí bowl’s base was runny, as if they left it out for 10 mins. Low quality food and expensive for a simple bowl. I’d recommend getting an açaí bowl elsewhere.

Had to repeat my phone number several times because they WILL NOT SCAN the barcode on my app. Then they couldn’t find my rewards! I can literally order from this location off the app, which I would have done, had I known that they don’t know how to do their jobs! Now I’m just going to delete this app out of frustration. Smoothie King it is!
