Ordered on app for pickup. Upon arrival I found out they didn't even start making it.

They are always super slow. I tried to get something today and But no one was even there with no sign and a bunch of food just cut up and left open. Waiting about 10 minutes before I gave up. So I called. Friday at 3pm and you were closed. But the recording said open until 6pm. This was after I waited in line for 10 min while 3 different people walked by and only 1 guy was making drinks. I asked how long it would be and he said probably another 15 min. Who is running this place? How do I give 0 stars?

Not great juices. They were too sweet. There should be a bit of balance, but that is absent.

The manager here is very nice to her employees.

Better than Starbucks. Sue me liberals.
