Gotten order wrong multiple times. Hours are also wrong beware. Came her on multiple occasions around 4:30/5 and they are closed.

Horrible customer service very arrogant and rude. Needed the restroom emergency style. Sales lady said we need to purchase no worries we are. Then proceeds to turn her back on us and finish. Wheat grass shots literally every smash of the grass almost put me in tears I needed the restroom so bad. Time management is definitely an opportunity here

Delicious and nutritious. Clean store. Helpful staff. Tables and chairs inside. Right by Dean's Produce, Starbucks, ND Noah's Bagels. Street parking with meters. Just a block from wonderful Central Park. Grab a smoothie or bowl and enjoy time in the park.

This location is amazing! They sure take care of their customers! We celebrated a birthday and Marisa and her staff were so pleasant. The birthday girl was so happy with her cute birthday smoothie! Customer service is top notch and they greet you with friendly faces. Thank you for all you do, that’s why we always come back to this location!

Marisa is so nice and great customer service. Best Jamba location in the Bay Area! I live closer to several other locations, but drive an extra few miles for nicer people and service. Love how they can still make the old school drinks - Orange Carrot Karma! Location is friendly and lots of care given to customers. Taking it to the next level - Coolest Jamba location! 9/9 Update - tried the Go Getter; great option for macha lovers ! Pumpkin Smash is also in season now to get you in the fall mood! As always great service and high-energy from Marisa . 9/16 update Service is so fast and courteous at this San Mateo downtown location. I go to many other Jamba locations in the Bay Area and this store stands out in service and friendliness above them all! Keep up the good work Marisa and staff! 9/17 Great service and smoothies. This location is special. Employees are motivated and crank out the best smoothies. Marisa makes sure all customers are taken care of. If you have any issues, she will resolved it to your satisfaction. I go to Jamba a lot, but this is my fav store on the peninsula.

Marisa catered an event for me and she was awesome! We had amazing acai bowls for a company meeting. I will be using her again!

We live nearby and my son and I walk here multiple times a week to get smoothies. It is one of my favorite locations I’ve ever been too. Marisa had always been so kind and helpful, we could not be happier with the service there!

I come here often for my post-workout smoothie. The staff is extremely welcoming and always stays on top of the orders. They appreciate me as a customer and provide the best services. Marisa and staff writing adorable messages on the cups makes my day :)

Jamba Juice and Marisa, their Senior Manager, are truly amazing! This location treats their customers like family members - in addition to delicious drinks, they customize them with cute drawings and make sure that everyone has their drink exactly how they like it. Marisa is one of a kind human being - caring, kind and sincere and often chats with customers! One time I had forgotten my wallet and Marisa offered me my drink for free! (I cried...)
