This is how Jamba Juice treats their customers! Absolutely disgusted by this.

I won’t go here again Worst Jamba I’ve ever been to, rude black guy working wouldn’t let me use bathroom

Rude girl Pearl takes your order and then forgets it. If you don’t like the job Pearl leave it stop being rude to people for no reason. Not sure if I heard the correct name but Heaven a short girl that seems to be a manger or shift leader also leaves the workers and the place to do nothing. The guys working there seem to be the only ones doing something.

I want my spooktacular drink

Employee did not have a name tag, but I’ll put date and time for reference. (Thursday Aug. 24 at 8am) I was treated with the worst attitude from the employee, she didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Gave me attitude while I ordered and was clearly bothered by everything. Worst customer service given and the açaí bowl I ordered was not the best.

Online the hours show that you are open until 8 p.m. Sunday, I got there at 7:32 and you were closed and not accepting online pick up or delivery orders even though it says you deliver until 9p.m. I am on a strict diet and Jamba Juice is one of the only places I can eat at so I was let down and very disappointed to get there and not be able to order anything.

Plentiful options for this Jj store and they have a drive through as well. Though was a bit disappointed as none of the drinks they have is at room/normal temperature (all ingredients are frozen)

Not interested to serve. Asked for carrot orange juice at 5:00 PM and they said that they turned off the machines and can’t make it
