Why would they close 20 minutes before they are suppose to ? Called to make an order to make it go faster and they hung up on me , showed up at 7:40pm even though they say closes at 8pm and its all dark bad bad bad

I placed a mobile order for pick up. They didn't have the classic breakfast sandwich I wanted so they made me pay $.33 cents difference for an impossible breakfast sandwich. I think this is poor customer service because I had to go out to my car to get my wallet. I ended up just giving them a whole dollar because I didn’t have change and I was in a hurry to get to work. After I left the store, I could see through the windows that the employee was irate, angry, waving his arms around, putting his hands on his head, and on his hips, shaking his fingers don’t be mad at me. I just gave you a tip and paid the difference screw you Jamba juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How rude of him to act angry. I am the customer I am the one who is angry he does not have a right to be angry. He is an employee and he needs to act professional. He was not inconvenienced I was.

Jamba is always a classic smoothie spot! Can’t go wrong with anti-oxidants açaí smoothie!

I placed an order online because I didn't want to wait, since I was going to work, I arrived at the place and my order was not ready. They made me wait 10 more minutes making me late for work. They didn’t even apologize

This Jamba Juice has the worst customer service of them all. I waited 20 minutes to be served, but the young lady seems to do some thing else and not pay attention to customers and no sign of items running out and just made customers wait all those time for nothing. This whole store running by teenagers seems to have no interest of making money or gaining customers.

$9 for a small smoothie. Either the prices went up on all jamba locations , or this location charges $2 more than other locations. Also the attitude of the worker makes you wonder if it will taste good. I got the orange dream sherbet as usual, and it tasted a little on the bland side. Should be perfect for $9

No professionalism at all. I placed a to go order for their bowl on the app. Around 9:30AM I walked inside along with another person. We both waited for a while for someone to come and greet us. I eventually said “hello” out loud. Another couple of minutes pass by and someone walks out from the back. They were wearing a brown hoodie, headphones in their ear with their hoodie over their hair. Their hair was in a messy bun like they just woke up. They did not look like an employee but someone’s friend who’s sleeping in the back. They approached me and said hi pick up? I said yes for Jocelyn. They yawned and then said, “ yeah I was waiting for you to come because we don’t have greek yogurt, would you like the coco whip?” I then said Im not a fan of coconut. They stretched with a yawn and said, “ okay we will do a refund for you” slowly turned around and walked away. They gave me lazy tired attitude. They didn’t tell me how long it’ll take, or even asked me if I wanted something else. They just turned around while having hands in their pocket and walked away. Another person walks out from the back, they looked at me and noticed me confused but proceeded to take care of the other person inside. That associate was very unprofessional, definitely sleeping in the back and didn’t want to work at all. Super disappointed at this location.
