I walked in today for 1 pretzel. No drinks. Just 1 pretzel. I sat there patiently waiting because they were busy. After about 8 mins I got up and went to the cashier and asked about my pretzel. It was sitting on top of the oven. They couldn't even bother to bring it to me. If I would have never asked about it who knows how long I'd be sitting there waiting!

Best smoothie I've had at a Jamba. The store was very clean and the employees were friendly.
The cashier was extremely unkind and didn't want to provide good customer service. I politely asked for a receipt so I could earn points because the screen had disappeared before I could choose to have one printed out. She told me that she asked me if I had an app but I told her I couldn't hear her over the blenders. She shrugged her shoulders and said even if she reprint the receipt it wouldn't have a barcode. I almost cried because I was already having a bad day and she was so rude for no reason at all. Thankfully other employees helped me out and reprint my receipt with no problem. I don't understand why it was such an issue. Even if the cashier was having a bad day she shouldn't have made me feel so horrible for asking for my receipt. She also charged me for boosts which are supposed to be free because I only got one per smoothie. Lastly, she didn't give me a discount for using my resuable Jamba cups.
