Employees look so bored and downtrodden. They're polite enough and my family enjoyed the smoothie he ordered. The employees did put their phones down long enough to make it without much hesitation. They weren't super busy so I understand the scrolling of the socials as I rarely see them being super busy when I'm at the mall. The atmosphere wasn't great but service was fine. Cheaper than smoothie king.

Anything organic? No? Just estrogen glyphosate smoothies.

Went to order a smoothie and the employees were literally hiding from guests. Had to ask the girl who was on her break to get them to help us….

This is not a safe place for women to be. I witnessed a man who I overheard was the owner be extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful to a customer. What was even worse was how terrified the employees (mostly younger women) looked. I would never let my daughter work here with that man. I don't usually mind to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie, but now I will take my business elsewhere. I honestly can't believe he has any staff left. It was heartbreaking and frankly, disgusting.

Great employees. They were polite and gave me a little time to take a seat and readjust myself since I had my service pupper with me. The food was great too. I recommend trying the Acai Primo bowl, absolutely delicious.

Read the reviews before spending money here and supporting the owner of this establishment. Yikes.

The “owner”, Jon, is running the worst and most disheartening establishment I’ve ever been to. How he speaks to and treats his staff and customers is appalling. We vote with our dollars and I would never give this place a cent strictly because of Jon. I cannot believe his arrogance, entitlement, and disrespect. I’m genuinely appalled he’s made it this long and deeply saddened for his current employees. Don’t forget the 30 minute wait time for a singular smoothie because he’s so understaffed.

My husband and I placed orders on the app and walked up to get out orders at the time the app said they would be ready and they didn’t even know we had placed the orders or how to retrieve them! Thankfully we still had the orders up on our phones! The guy working looked at my phone and said IDK what that is and just walked off and didn’t even try to make my order the girl who made my husband’s order ended up having to make mine after she was done with his!

I love Jamba Juice. Really sad the one on Elliston Place shut down, but it's such a wonderful place to get a healthy smoothie.

Wonderfully nice but incredibly slow workers and NOT enough of them. 45 minutes to order and get 2 smoothies on a Friday afternoon is insanity.
