I have been trying to get a refund for a order that went wrong. I can not get any help from the store staff and the staff even stopped answering the phone. I'm reaching out to Corp for assistance. My suggestion is not to patronage this location. The store staff is not legit and they are playing games with my patience.

my experience was so amazing this really pretty young lady emily help me out by the way she was super helpful and was very patient with my old grandmother when it came for her to order. i ordered a Vanilla blue sky and i can confidently say if was one of the best if not THE BEST smoothie EVER Emily definitely put magic in it ✨. Emily definitely needs a raise i will definitely be coming back to this location

I went in and stood there for about 5min, I whistled and made sounds so that someone can hear me and come to the register, I then decided to move a chair very harshly and this young African American girl with braids and a gold Rolex chain popped up from behind the register as if she just woke up and stated “ you scared me!” She burnt my pretzel and made my drink very sloppy. This location is horrible. I decided to try it out one more time and this will be the last time. The employee has no idea of what she is doing. More training and less sleeping!

This is the worst location of Jamba juice!!!! I always get my smoothie from Jamba Juice and never been like this! Today I placed an mobile order and when I got there they were out of impossible sandwich and i did not complain or anything she just let me chose something els so i got cheddar twist it was nice of her to give me two since the impossible sandwich cost more than the cheddar twist ! Then when it came to smoothie she made it in front of me and she blend it for only few seconds not more than 5!!! I thought it’s okey but when I tried it ! So many unblended fruit pieces was in my smoothie and it was so runny! It did not tasted as usual at all! Even it got worse when I tried the cheddar twist ! Not fresh at all and the bread was so hard not chewable ! I end up throwing everything out!

Walked in smalled nasty, was super dirty. If they can clean the counter tops, fridge doors and floor can imagine what else is dirty. Didn't order anything and just walked out because I was grossed out.

Light skinned lady with glasses and red hair one word…Rude! Very unfriendly attitude and seemed annoyed. Darker skinned lady with green/black hair was nice and had a great smile. Won’t be back though. That lady with the glasses and bandanna doesn’t have good customer service at all and had an attitude when I had questions about the drink.

The worse Jamba Juice why have mobile orders it tells you what time to pick up and it's not ready?? I was told you have to say something not true you need to retrain your staff
