I wish they have drive thru! Friendly staff, fast even when they're very bz, yummy. My last visit was around 9am, only 1 associate working hard making mobile order before she got to us. There were 2 ppl waiting in line patiently for the young lady to take our order. I understand why ppl are complaining about the long wait but It's hard to please ppl; if she doesn't acknowledge you, feel free to leave cus she busy making mobile orders. If she does and make your order, her mobile orders are behind and her mobile customers will come in complain more because the reason they order ahead is not to wait. So nothing these staff do will satisfied ppl.

Its 8:05 pm came to order and was told that cash register was closed I had ordered a bowl and a juice and walked to my car to get my debit card, came back and was told that I wasn't able to order a bowl because it was to late(closing time is at 8:30) worst service by Eduardo.

When coming to this location plan on a 30 minute wait for your drinks. Additionally, you will not be acknowledged when standing in line to place your order and you will feel as if you're a burden for going there. We stood in amazement with how long it took to make the drinks or the bowls ordered. The staff were so slow with each movement they took.

Very rude customer service.

My experience with this location was very nice employee's. That is not common in this day and age !!

Hours on Google and their own website are incorrect. They open an hour later. I will also say that this location has gone down. From not offering the same items as other locations to the floors being extremely sticky. The associate though was working hard and by himself on opening which is a poor management choice. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not because of the service but because of management.
