I was able to take my mom to try out a new smoothie and the two girls there were nice at first, until I noticed they put my order in a Burger King cup. And the two girls proceeded to laugh in my face, so I just left and tried to ignore it. But it didn't sit right with me so I went to a different location where they were much more helpful and super nice about my situation and found out that the manager is older and needs more help but the only people that want to work there are jerks to your face and don't even help the manager how sad. Also I thought they would be able to deal with the smell but I guess even they don't notice it smells like dirty mop water.

Fast service and great smoothies, sorry but, earlier this year I end up in the hospital for 5 days after having a smoothie from a particular Jamba juice. I no longer go there. Too bad because I was once a great fan and customer or theirs. No more

Cashiers customer service is garbage, and they have the nerve to ask you for a tip when paying for your order. A simple hello, and a smile wouldn’t hurt. Also, letting the customer know your drink is ready not just leaving it sitting there for your smoothie to melt.

The employees at this location have the customer service IQ of a brick wall. It’s sad how young people lack basic social skills these days. An embarrassment of a location.

I went to buy my daughter an Acai bowl. The first young lady that I asked for a chunky strawberry acai bowl said that they didn't have any strawberries. The next young lady that I spoke to recommended a bowl and what do you know they had strawberries. Never coming back this young lady is just straight lazy.

Watch how your food is made. A couple of moments ago, I was waiting for my food. As I looked up from the Reflection of the glass, I saw the girl putting stuff back in the food bags. I turned and saw she had dropped my freaking bread -_- and she was placing it back In the bag -_- and then she looked up and she thought I wasn't looking. She was surprised I was and asked, "hey do you want me to make another one" in my mind, I was like that can't be a real question. Well, it was. I was like "yeah, please" She looked into my soul all mad at me as if I had done something. She grabbed one of the bags and threw it on the machine, made me another one super extremely fast like I hope it was cooked properly. When I left, this gal looked super mad at me. Like, dude you would have asked to have another one made if you saw someone drop your food and then sneakily pretended that nothing happened. Major Red Flag This happened in the evening. Also, if she was holding 3 bags w bread and she dropped them, when I turned and she didn't notice I only saw one out of the bags. Did the other ones fall, and I didn't see the others she put back inside and gave them to me? That's hella gross. Watch how your food is made here.

I placed an order online and when I got to the store it still wasn’t ready so I sat and waited for the girls to make it. They made everyone in lines drink before mine and before making mine they talked about another online order before even starting in mine. I waited almost 20 mins for my drink to be made. I guess it’s harder because it’s a juice but I was late to work for something I ordered ahead of time.

The other night I went they were closed 30 minutes early. The guy there was rude he seemed to be on a hurry to leave. Today they're closed no one is there.
