Jamba

We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees. On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time. On top of that, one restroom is our of order and the other is not stocked properly. We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. Until now we've been hoping the location would improve, but we will be taking a break from this location for a while pending improvement.

On the contrary to other reviews about having teenagers take and make orders I’d like to say that they do a great job and provide excellent customer service. However, it’s mid day on a Saturday and I’ve been here 35 min and I see people walking out! The girl prepping the drinks is super stressed. The owner just needs to do better. Why would you have 1 person working on a weekend really? There’s plenty of foot traffic here to staff this business. If you don’t know how to run such business, give someone else a chance or just close your doors! Will not be coming back.

need to do better with customer service. I don’t know why these teenagers are so unfriendly and rude. This is my first time at this Jamba and their service was horrible. Please do better !

A bit pricey. Which might explain why no customers were there, either time I dropped in. But the drink was good and the staff were great answering questions about the drinks.

The service is always quick and the associates are pleasant and respectful. Hi get you some today.

Employee Eileen was lovely, hard worker and knows what she's doing but she's ALONE. Just like the other reviews, this poor girl is handling a rush on her own. I can't imagine if a less understanding person were to come in. Management is horrible for doing this to her. Absolutely ridiculous. Eileen deserves better!

Jamba was great! Good service, fast and friendly staff.

I believe no sugar added really good taste

Went there a total of three times . First two times there was a sign on the door saying they were on break … Third time I went there at exactly 20 minutes before closing and the employee there said he was close for the night, he already cleaned the equipments and closed already… I went there at 6:40 pm closing time in the door said 7 pm. Won’t be re visiting.
