This place is honestly really nice. For a smoothie shop, they have nice staff, a good clean inside, a good menu, and quick service. Been a few times. No complaints.

Disgusting attitude, coming off as discrimination from what looked to be a manager!!!! The customers in front of us obviously didn’t know English, but they tried to order as best as they can, and I understood them perfectly. The lady taking the order with a grey polo shirt I guess she didn’t. Telling them with a nasty attitude while being sarcastic “what are you trying to order” “I don’t understand you” “you’re not speaking English”. All while rolling her eyes, raising her voice, and not even trying to get her coworker who spoke spanish to help. My wife had to step in to help which she never minds. My wife after the elderly Spanish couple left, asked the other employee if he spoke Spanish and he nodded yes. This “manager” could have easily asked for assistance rather than being absolutely RUDE. Especially in front of other guests. Not returning.

Shout out to Joshua at the Jamba Juice in Coral Springs (The Walk). He is the epitome of customer service, skills and professionalism. This is my 2nd time, ever, at Jamba Juice and I will now be a repeat customer because of Joshua!!!

today my experience was really terrible. I wait for to long and they give me the order wrong because I order something called “vanilla blue sky bowl” and they give me the “vanilla blue sky smoothie” I just want to eat something and I just get an smoothie, the wrong thing. They want to make me pay more to give me what I really order.

Pésimo customer service. No tomaron el pedido correctamente y al momento de hacer la observación no les importó. Y se rieron en la cara de mi hija. No volveremos nunca a este lugar.

They always run out of fresh ginger very inconsistent and inconvenient. I wish they’d prepare a little better can’t keep coming back!!

I’ve been here multiple times. I like their delicious peanut butter smoothies. I tried one of their strawberry smoothies, but I didn’t like that one, I think they should have a strawberry banana smoothie on the menu for everyone, not just the kids menu. Overall, I would recommend this place for smoothies.

The Peach Perfection was good! Ivy is very kind, and friendly, she has a great smile. I loved her service. :)
