This used to be a great place. The Staff was great. They have changed. I had been coming here for years ordering the same drink. A staff member named Lavonte had an attitude problem and told me I cannot order extra boosts. Really? I was a very good customer. it's their loss. I told all my friends my experience as I had help recommend and build there business over the years. I got the impression he is just lazy and doesn't want to make my drink. He told me he is not allowed to make my drink adding extra boosts(which I do pay for). weird. and was quite rude. things have changed here. If this is who Jamba hires than they will lose business. no one should treat people like I was treated after being super loyal..I will find better place I guess.
I want to acknowledge Nick and Allison who went above and beyond to ask if I had the rewards app and was patient enough to wait for me to reinstall it although in the end the system was down. I still appreciated their efforts. Phenomenal customer service.

First time in a Jamba and it was a nice experience, lots of healthier options than other chain smoothie places especially non dairy choices which is nice. Busy spot but very awesome mall area its in.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The employees were shuffling around like zombies and didn’t say a word to me when I thanked them for the smoothie or said had a nice day. They looked miserable.
Super fresh juices and smoothies. 1 star deducted tho for a horribly dirty bathroom.
