The food was good

Took my granddaughter and son. Wait to get in was horrible. Paid for Champion Pass but it was too crowded so we never got to do Laser Tag. Wait for bowling was 1 and 1/2 hours so we didn't get to do that either. Food was cold too.

Dirty, broken games, gross food, and WAY overpriced. Don't waste your money.

I brought my kids during spring break half of the games were not working and I paid for the champion all day unlimited pass. The line to get in was complete chaos. They were understaffed knowing it was spring and there was no Worker at the VR station. If you know it's spring break, put more workers on the schedule. The air hockey tables were getting the pucks stuck but it was hard to try and find someone to let them know. It was ok but we won't be coming back.

The location is perfect, The amount of games they have is incredible. The atmosphere is very fun and the kids enjoy it. More than half of the games are broken, and the place is very dirty.

**Updated** The owner contacted and made things right. Thank you for reaching out to my husband and explaining what happened. We appreciate you taking the time to get back to us Super disappointed half the games weren't working AGAIN. We take our 4 kids here often and lately the standard has been dropped. My husband and I like to play shooting games together however half of them weren't working or only one player. I also have been saving these yellow tickets from the midway games. Finally got enough for the stuffie I wanted and was told it was just for looks and I had to come back for my prize. Hopefully the owners see the responses from all the review and fix things. For the $50 to $65 each person I expect a tad more hospitality. Mind you or me my husband and 4 kids all at that price.

Updating my review they actually make it right they reached out to me via email and they're going to email me the stuffed animal that I wanted for my yellow tickets which is more than I was expecting them to do they have gone over and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of and heard out Jake's is a great place to bring your children with hundreds of games laser tag and bowling we have been coming there for many many years since I was a teenager and am now 34 with 4 kiddos of my own that get to play here as I did. The food is always good and the place always stays clean there maybe a few broken games but the entertain thousands of people with unlimited access which can be a lot of ware and tear overall me and my family love Jake's unlimited

Jake's is a lot of fun. All you can eat pizza, pasta, salad and ice cream . There are 3 amusement rides and bumper cars, laser tag. Also bowling and VR. Fun all day and night.
