I'm probably here 2-3 times a week. Highly recommend the salted caramel truffle icecream. Also the cookie sandwich with double chocolate cookie and mint icecream is fire

This place is amazing. We saw it online and had to check it out. The 4 reviews were not great. But the pictured posted on their page were so enticing. We walked in and were greater by two different staff. The place was clean and orderly. The people were friendly. They showed us the menu and let us sample the different ice creams. They are made in store. Wowza the birthday cake flavor was so creamy. The strawberry was dreamy too. The creations are just beautiful. The flavor is rich. Yum yum! We loved the decor. The vintage style tables and neon lights are so fun along with the huge food artwork. I even liked the old school inset door so we sat in the window and enjoyed our treats while watching passer byers. Don’t trust the reviews. Go. Enjoy.

Amazing ice cream shop experience! The vibe is really fun and the staff was super helpful. My son ended up choosing a Make A Shake and it was the perfect chocolate consistency with really thick and delicious whip cream. We will definitely be back to try the banana split or even the Unicorn Cotton Candy Taco, there’s so many unique and fun menu items. Definitely recommend for anyone to check out when they’re in downtown Chandler. Parking: Garage behind the location and also street parking all over downtown chandler. Kid-friendliness: They had 3 games for the kids to play and the design had a family fun and over the top feeling. My kid loved it.

Upon arrival, the intense sugary aroma set the stage for what I anticipated to be a delightful experience. Opting for the cookie dough shake over the Oreo, I was immediately impressed by its flavor and generous cookie dough chunks—truly a treat for the sweet tooth. Additionally, the cookie, while not the best I’ve ever had, was decent and complemented the shake well. However, as the initial sugar rush faded, I couldn’t help but feel disillusioned by the overall service quality and some disconcerting practices. Firstly, the lack of complimentary water struck me as odd for a dining establishment—being compelled to buy overpriced bottled water felt unnecessarily exploitative. The arcade area, predominated by claw machines, initially appeared fun but quickly revealed itself as a thinly veiled money-grab, further contributing to an overall atmosphere that shifted from welcoming to commercialistic. Moreover, the staff’s demeanor was noticeably lacking in warmth and hospitality, a stark contrast to the vibrant and cheerful setting. Although my companions and I enjoyed our desserts in the moment, reflecting on the experience unearthed a sense of disappointment, exacerbated by cramped yet clean restroom facilities. In conclusion, while Jake’s delivers on flavor and Instagram-worthy presentations, the encounter leaves much to be desired in terms of authenticity and customer care. A space with potential, but one that currently prioritizes profit over genuine guest satisfaction.
