Best happy hour in town is correct. Past that, though, I've always had good experiences here from simply sitting at the bar for a couple beers to fully dining with a group. The service is always top notch, there are well sized vegetarian and gluten free menus available at request, and the food has been delicious every time
Normally one of my favorite places to eat. Had a after Christmas party there and it was the first time the food was just OK. Hopefully, it was a one time thing.
We were very disappointed with our experience last night. Everything left us wanting more. Everything as a whole took a very long time. We ordered 4 appetizers (for meals) and a sirloin (w/ a Caesar and mashed potatoes). We got our calamari (that was fine), shrimp wontons (very bland) and dragontails (were good). And then waited at least 30min for the 4th app (ahi) and the sirloin. I Had to ask for my salad after my steak was delivered. The ahi was terrible, not cut properly, very stringy. The mashed potatoes were cold. We asked for different ones, they were warmer (but honestly not by much). The sirloin was good, cooked properly but by the time I got it, the rest of my table had basically finished their food. Our cocktails were good, but took a long time as well. Also never got scones, which honestly was the reason we wanted to come in the first place. For the money we spent, this was a terrible evening.
I ordered a medium prime rib and received a raw piece of meat. When I asked for it to be cooked more throughly, I was met with an attitude. It was $40! The fries were soggy and cold. We won’t ever be back.
