New face. Same style brews and crew is just as lovely. Reminds me of black sky and trve brewing in Denver. I’m down with this style if the beer stays amazing.

I went there to try the beer now that it’s incantation and was very pleased. The beers were great!! I had the blackberry wheat and the Mexican lager and definitely recommend them.

I was really excited to try this place. The atmosphere and concept seemed neat. I went with a group of friends for trivia night. I did not want beer but knew they had tea alternatives. I am supposed to limit my yeast consumption and beer is very high in yeast. I mentioned this to them. I picked a beverage that was listed under tea. The bartender told me that particular one had both beer and tea in it. I asked which teas didnt also have beer in them and he asked what i am assuming was a manager sitting at the bar. She was extremely rude and dismissive to me and told me there was nothing here i could have because "all alcohol has yeast" while rolling her eyes at me and shaking her head. This statement is simply not true. Yeast is required in the fermentation process, yes. But in the distillation process for most alcohols that yeast is removed. There are a lot of alcohols with little to no yeast content in the final product; beer is just not one of those alcohols. Seltzers, for example, have a low yeast content despite being undistilled due to other ways it is filtered through the brewing process. Again, beer just has the highest yeast content of any alcohol so i try to avoid it. Her response frankly not only shows a lack of knowledge on the subject (which when managing a brewery is a little concerning) but also a weird general smugness that should not exist in a role that includes customer service. It was offputting and disappointing. The bartender mentioned that they did have a non-alcoholic teas available. I love tea. And would of gotten one had the chick not been so uselessly rude to me that it made me not want to spend any money at this establishment. Definitely a let down. The trivia was fun. The rest of the staff were very friendly. I probably would of had a great time if it hadnt of been for that miserable uneducated woman.

I love the beers here! They have such a unique set of flavors and each beer is its own experience. However, I was very disappointed to not get to spend time there due to their new "no outside food" policy. I haven't tried the ramen, just a big bummer!
