Ordered sashimi and 4 rolls to go. Order was ready on time. The food was mediocre. The cherry blossom roll had old stale fried shrimp inside. The signature salmon, salmon dream roll and rainbow roll were below average, fish was not fresh and the taste was blah for lack of a better word.
Leaving this review so I remember not to order from here again. Not good. Sushi was poor and pad tai and rice dishes were bland
We were there on Saturday night, we go there every year for my mom‘s birthday. It seemed like you guys are very short staffed. The lady that took care of us was running all over the place and was not able to really focus on our table. we first got there. We had to wait about five minutes to get our drinks, then when she came over, we ordered appetizers when she came back. She asked if we needed a minute we said yes she didn’t come back for 16 minutes. We had to wave her down in order for us to order our food. Then the meals came out one at a time And we were all just eating a different times of the evening. They were only six of us and a little one in our party and she did add gratuity and I thought you guys only did gratuity for seven or more so we were a little confused about that. my sister had asked for a couple of different drinks and she said that you guys were out of both of them and then she came back and said oh no we have them and then she came back and said oh no we don’t have them. And then she brought out a drink that no one even ordered. And then she forgot to even bring out one of my mothers sushi rolls. She didn’t get it. And she still tried to charge us for it and we asked her to take it off which she did. We were there for over two hours, and it just seemed like it was very disorganized. She was literally running in the restaurant, and she just could not focus on us because she was all over the place. I don’t know if it was just a bad night or low staff or whatever it is but it definitely was very disappointing And then just asking her for things throughout our dinner. It just took so much longer than it should’ve and it was just disappointing because we go there every year and it was just a night that will probably change your mind from coming back. I visited Jade on 2/7/24. The restaurant was not very busy. The one server working, however, was quite busy. The atmosphere was nice except for his constant refrain of, “I’m the only one here, you’re gonna have to wait until I get this for them and take their drink order.” I don’t want to hear that from the staff. We felt rushed to have our order ready when he came with the waters because we knew it would take forever to have him come back. We had to wait at every turn. When my entree came it was cold and bland. He finally brought additional water about the time we were ready for our check. Not a good experience.
STAY AWAY. Horrible service. The waiter who claimed to be the manager cursed at my party. He also charged a tip when we left him no tip.
My party and I had a horrible experience at this establishment. We called ahead to confirm their closing time at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday, with the kitchen closing at 8:40 pm. Despite having reservations for 8:10 pm, we arrived early and encountered a less-than-friendly staff member named MATT at the front desk. As we perused the menu, we found that several items, such as hot tea, water with lemon, and hot sake, were unavailable. When we asked about alternatives, the response was sarcastic and unhelpful. Although the food arrived promptly and looked appealing, the service took a turn for the worse when I told the waiter that the Tum Yum soup wasn't great. MATT disputed my opinion, even going so far as to inspect the soup for the few shrimp I had already consumed. Despite my assurance that I didn't want the item removed from the bill, the unpleasant encounter continued. As we settled the check with four credit cards, I observed MATT printing and discarding receipts multiple times. When discrepancies arose while my mother examined her bill, MATT yelled at her saying that there was no tip included. In response, I requested him to stop, only to be met with completely inappropriate language and behavior. The situation left all four of us in shock, and it became evident that we were dealing with a rude and unprofessional individual. He claimed to be the manager, a statement I find questionable. I sincerely hope the management reviews the front door camera footage and takes appropriate action. My overall experience was disappointing, and it has come to my attention that unauthorized charges were made on my credit card. I would advise caution and reconsideration before choosing this establishment. If possible, I would rate this experience with a negative score.
Drove 30 min to eat here, arrived at 8:44 on the dot. No big deal, online it says they’re open til 10. Wrong. We walked in and the hostess said they stopped seating at 8:45. I asked why since they close at 10 and she said they close at 9 but it’s wrong online and other people have said it too and she’s told management to change it but they don’t. Can’t take the time to update your hours and instead would rather inconvenience people into driving there expecting it to be open? Yeah, I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere. We will not be back.
