Jack's Restaurant

food is normally great, however ordering in is not great. we got our food and bread burnt and we had the wrong food, and we sent in a. repeat order they refused to accommodate. order with caution but i’m sure the atmosphere and the in restaurants experience is great

Delicious food and great service. Nadia is the best. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend Jack's to all my friends and visitors. Win. Win.

We were excited to try Jack's for our very first holiday together after getting married. We were feeling really romantic, and loved the location until we walked into the restaurant. We were greeted by the hosts, then a man whom I assume was a manger butted in aggressively. He looked at our reservation, and I told him that we were newly weds. He then looks at my notes on my reservation, and says oh yeah, I see that here....proceeds to read back what I wrote to me saying: "We are newly weds, and would like to request.....blah blah blah blah blah. That's literally what he said to me blah blah blah. I was floored really over the rudeness and mean spirit. We were both pretty stunned, but since it was a holiday we had no choice, but to stay as everything was booked or closed. He rushed us over to our table, and said "There! Is this good though for you?!". As lovely as the view was, and the rest of the staff was he really went out of his way to be rude. I wouldn't recommend for the prices you pay here.

We went here at the last minute and were sat at the bar high top. Excellent service and food. We shared spinach ravioli, a nice salad, meatballs(recommend-excellent!) and garlic bread!

You can never go wrong here. Great food... lots of variety and exceptional service. A true Dana Point gem.
