The fried chicken dinner was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent!!!

Ordered a large diet dr pepper without ice and an ice cream for my kid... they gave me a regular dr pepper, I'm diabetic... and my kid got ice cream without a spoon... clearly not doing a good job tonight.

Food was very good and fresh.

Absolutely loved it. Biscuit was nice n fresh n fluffy n chicken was really good n the hash rounds wasn't greasy. I wished there was one in Cleveland Tennessee.

Store was not busy, person taking drive thru order was rude, hopefully not a manager. Young lady who gave me my food equally rude. Glass at drive thru was dirty and smudged. Food was cold. Milk shake was not mixed completely, had three drinks and was not offered a drink carrier?? Jacks can do better than THIS.

We have stopped getting takeout there for a few reasons, the main one being inconsistent service and changing tastes. But we returned from a trip recently, pretty late and it was convenient so we went for drive thru. The person at the window asked us to pull over and wait after taking our money, and after a few minutes I went in to check. Apparently our order was missed or forgotten, it was filled immediately when I produced my receipt, very polite and they got it done. Just not a place I can strongly recommend, unless you are dinning it, nice restaurant and the people there are very helpful, just prepare for a possible long wait time when using the drive thru.
