Good experience, but the dining room was filthy.

I ordered 2 breakfast specials and a side order of sausage, when I got my order it was just the 2 plates, so I asked about my side order of sausage, they tell me it’s on the plates. Will somebody tell me when does a side order gets mixed with the other food. When I order a side order I want it on the side. U thought a side order goes on the side

Horrible place the manager Brandi a worthless manager ordered grill chicken sandwich and fried chicken sandwich she told me pull up she told me eight minutes for fried chicken sandwich but as you can see fried chicken sandwich so I have fried chicken sandwich just need grilled chicken sandwich. She's was rude refused to serve me because I would not move. She did refund my money for it. I have been eating there for years now. I never experienced such bad customer service. She refused to cooperate number. Also the drive thru parking lot was dirty. If you don't clean your parking lot and she also told me not come back well I won't

We moved away to the Grovetown, GA. area in the summer of 2023. Since then, we have missed dining at Jack’s. There isn’t one in our area, so we made it a point to come here while we were in town this weekend. The food was great as usual … and the fish dinner was amazing. Our party of three is glad we came here. We miss you, Jack’s.
